Enrichment & Breed Basics

Enrichment 101- Discusses the importance of enrichment for both dogs and cats in a

shelter environment and at home.  Teaches the differences between mental and

physical stimulation as well as the necessity of exercise and communication.

Breed Basics- An introduction to different breed groups, their specific genetic

predispositions, and the unique factors that may be attributed to certain types of dogs. 

Also discusses the negative consequences of breed labeling when determining the

type of mixed breed animal.
