Fur The Brave Adoption Program
Fur the brave
What is Our fur the brave adoption program?
At the Humane Society of North Texas (HSNT), we believe in second chances — for both people and pets. That’s why we’re proud to offer no-cost cat and dog adoptions to military veterans, actively serving service members, and Gold Star Families. Through this incredible program, we’ve seen firsthand how one adoption can change two lives. Because of the compassion and commitment of this partnership, heroes are finding healing, and our shelter pets are finding forever families.
Whether a Veteran is looking for a loyal dog or a laid-back cat, we have many adult and special needs pets just waiting to meet their perfect
match — someone who understands loyalty, commitment, and unconditional love.
