WELCOME TO HSNT

I recently adopted a new fur baby from the Keller location. During my visit, the staff I dealt with were all polite, patient, and helpful. I did not feel pressured to adopt and was encouraged to spend as much time as I wanted with the dog I came to meet. When I asked to see another dog, there was no attitude or problem, just help and a smile. Of course, I adopted the first dog. :) This facility is always clean, the animals appear well cared for, and the staff is always professional and helpful.
