Humane Euthanasia


HSNT strives to alleviate the suffering of all animals in North Texas. That is why we offer a Humane Euthanasia Services at a nominal cost to the public. The humane euthanasia cost is a flat fee of $50 dollars. As always, you are welcome to make an additional donation in your pet’s honor. Residents of the 11 under-served zip codes will receive 50% off the fee (reducing the fee to $25). The following zip codes are approved for a discount: 76102, 76103, 76104, 76105, 76106, 76110, 76111, 76112, 76114, 76115, & 76119. This service is designed to assist pet owners in providing their suffering pets with compassionate relief from illness, disease, or severe aggression. Please check with your local animal control office to find out of they offer humane euthanasia service to residents of their community.

HSNT provides Humane Euthanasia at our main location between 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. by appointment on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. An appointment is necessary and can be scheduled by emailing or leave a voicemail at 817-332-4768 x106. Your call or email will be returned within 24 hours. Emergency euthanasia will always take precedence over all scheduled euthanasia.

HSNT is not able to offer cremation, however you are welcome to take your precious pet home with you for burial. We can offer contact information for crematory services.


You will be given an opportunity to say good-bye to your beloved pet and then will be asked to step out of the room for the procedure. HSNT will offer a free memorial paw print.
