Out of an abundance of caution, the intake of dogs at the Lancaster Avenue location is temporarily closed to prevent the possible spread of canine influenza in our shelter. In addition, dog adoptions from the Saxe-Forte (Fort Worth) location are also temporarily closed.

“In 2019, we decided to make one of the best decisions ever. We went to the Keller HSNT to adopt for our first time. We immediately fell in love with Spots and named him Jake. Jake and our other older dog became instant pals. This summer we decided to add to our little pack and looked again for a pup at HSNT Regional in Keller. When we met Cooper, we knew he was coming home with us. Both of our new boys are living their best life going on horse trail rides with us and swimming to cool off. We are very happy with the great care that HSNT takes to ensure their animals find the right family. If you are considering a new member of the family, we highly recommend The Humane Society of North Texas.”
