Adopted Animals in their Fur-Ever Homes!!

Hi! Thought I would send a few photos of Angel and my mom. They are coming
for a visit at Thanksgiving. Angel is doing great and seems to really be
getting along good with my mom. They have established a good routine. Hope
all is well with you! I am so thankful for my new HSNT friends and for
having a great dog be put in my mom's life. Looking forward to even bigger
and better things in 2011! -- Jennifer

I saw the Happy Tail-Tale on  the website and want to submit an entry: We adopted Bomber almost 3 years ago. He was my first dog, but my husband had dogs before. After we brought home our new little puppy, we read about his breed (Chinook), and realized we were in for an adventure when we found out how strong willed and smart Chinooks are. He has been an amazing dog, and since we have adopted a sheltie mix from the Corsicana animal shelter and an English Mastiff. He plays great with our 10 month old daughter also. -- Lauren

I attached more than just the one photo of Happy. Plus, there are couple with Baloo.  Those boy are as thick as thieves.  They snuggle and sleep together every night.
It is amazing how people go crazy over him.  He was sitting like a good little boy for all the treats people were giving him.
I hope you all have a great Christmas and enjoy the photos!- Jenna

Rusty is getting used to his new home.  He is such a well behaved little guy.  He's always scared to go for rides or walks, but always has a great time when we do.  At first he shakes from fear, but then at some point you look down and he's got his tail wiggling.  He's made friends with my parents dog and my other relatives are all in love with him.  He doesn't like Mondays because his mommy has to go back to work, but he is getting used to the schedule.  Still scared of doorways, but learning to come in and out without coaxing.  I look forward to working with him some more and hopefully soon I will teach him how to play!!!! Thank you for saving my puppy from that horrible place! - Jessica

Tank is doing amazing. His leg is doing well thanks to the medicine the vet has him on. We haven't had to do the surgery yet, but I know at some point we will have to do it. The only time you can tell it bothers him is when we have a severe drop in temperature. However, it never changes his sweet personality. I have a very good friend whose pit bull recently had the same surgery. So she has been a blessing to talk to and for me to learn what to expect. I can't express how grateful I am to have Tank as a part of my family and am prepared to do whatever is necessary for him and his well being. He has become my shadow and my other animals best friend. As you can see (I know it's a dark picture), the three of them sleep side by side each night in bed with me. We couldn't be happier.- Bailey

I thought I would share a couple of pictures of our Maddie aka "Perfect" one of the dalmatian puppies you adopted out last spring.  One picture is with Maddie and her brother's Jackson & Duke whom she adores.  She is doing very well and is a total princess!  She is fast approaching her first birthday in February.  We truly love her very much and she has livened up our home.  Again I want to thank you and HSNT for giving us the opportunity to adopt her and give her a forever home.- Debbie

Oliver ( butt butt) is doing great. He has adjusted very well and gets along great with the others. He has the appetite of dang elephant tho. He is such a sweet little guy we cant imagine why anyone would get rid of him. Oh well their loss - our gain. We will be up there in a couple weeks to bring him by for you to see him.  - Billy.

We wanted to thank you for allowing us to adopt "Tubbs" from your shelter in August. He has completed our family. We appreciate all that you do for all of the pets that come to your shelter looking for forever homes. Tubbs has won our hearts. Without your help, that would not have been possible. - The Harper Family
